- JSJason SpeltsOct 12, 20191.0Usually this McDonald's is good. But today's service was horrible. Woman working (with tatoos on her arms) is very friendly to people of Hispanic descent, but if you speak english she's incredibly rude. I ordered a McRib and paid with my card. She actually tried to take my card! After I ran it through the machine, she walks away for 3 minutes to talk in the back. When she sees I'm still standing there with no receipt (and no drink), she runs over, tears the receipt off, throws it at me and says "YOU'RE WELOCOME". Then I go through the same routine trying to get my drink. Eyes rolling, big sigh like I shouldn't be there. Meanwhile, Hispanic customers are getting all smiles and great service. Then my food comes. Huge issue just asking for katsup. This employee is obviously rude and racist. Shame on you, McDonald's. I'll definitely go eat somewhere where my business is welcome. As a bonus, she threw my "for here" order in a to go bag. She didn't do that to ANY of the Hispanic people sitting around me.
