I have ordered from this McDonald's plenty of times through the drive-thru and doordash and every single time they forget to put napkins and straws but more importantly they forget to put any sauce that I have paid for. Today I worked a 14-hour shift and all I wanted was Ranch. That's all, nothing too fancy nothing too crazy just Ranch. I ordered through doordash and completely forgot to check which location I was ordering from and the man I regret it. Once again like always my order came with no straw, no napkins, and no Ranch that I paid for. McDonald's, count your days!

I would go to a different location if I could but there isn’t another one close enough. Today I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and two cheeseburger happy meals plain and dry. My kids won’t eat it if it has sauce or pickles. After picking up my order I parked and looked at one of the happy meals and it was correct. I opened my burger and they gave me a bacon quarter pounder. I brought it inside and asked them to swap it for a deluxe. I told the manager that they mess up my order EVERY time I order from them. The team member brought me my new order and I went home. I opened it up and they gave me ANOTHER bacon quarter pounder. I opened my kids burgers and the second burger that I didn’t check had ketchup and pickles all over it so now I have a kid in tears. The incompetence at this location is astounding. It’s harder to mess up every single time. You would think they could get an entire order right at least one time but that is asking too much apparently.
