Restaurant and restrooms were very clean during my visit. Manager (I think her name is Ana) was great and attentive.

It’s the most cleanest McDonald I have ever seen in my life. The food is amazing. I’m not sure why so many negative comments. Like compared with most McDonald this one is pretty nice. Customer service is great. They actually have management staff that speak English and have the capability to communicate and articulate thoughts and responses to questions and concerns. There’s not one person that has a bad attitude in here. It’s so calm and not chaotic whatsoever. It’s like a glitch in the matrix where you actually are in the commercial where you are eating the food calmly. Everything seems clean and they are constantly cleaning everything. Yes it’s located by the highway but it’s not a problem. The breakfast plates are on point so I would highly recommend getting breakfast here.

Not 24 hour’s, Set this speaker , No one answered when I drove off, I did see a person inside. Just laziness. You’re already getting paid to do a job, but I guess customers are not important. There was a car in front of me figured that they were helping, but now nobody has the window nothing

So I am coming to terms that either the morning shift here at this particular McDonald's are either tremendously racist & utterly bias or they're simply terrible employees when it comes to customer service, i entered the establishment to not only grab a bite but also charge my phone (because it has died before coming into the store) so as I am sitting scrolling on my phone going through the mcdonalds app deals & simply trying to see what I'd like to finally choose one of the employees (a male) passes by and then before he he circles back and the first thing that comes out his mouth is "Hey I'll give you 5 more minutes but then you have to leave." Mind you.. didn't ask me "Excuse me sir, are you waiting for an order" or "Sir, are you going to place an order" just ignorantly prejudice with assuming.. and so I proceed with calmly asking him "Why are you assuming?" He says "because I don't see any food or cup on your table" *mind you I'm on my phone finalizing my order about to confirm my mobile order* but I also feeling a slight loss of appetite because of the rude interaction overall. So I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager.. (he's not wearing a name tag which is bizarre) so when I asked for his name he said it was First Name: Luis/Luiz Last Name: Reyes/Reyes So I don't even know if that is his actual name or not, but I ended up ordering my food for HERE meaning in the store. He was aware right before I finished ordering that I was going to get something. So I ordered (Dine-In) my Mchicken which should've been served in a tray with my table number which was "1" literally number one.. but now instead of coming to my table with my meal I hear him shouting #1680 he then proceeds with shouting it 3 to 4 more times, I can’t really get up because my lower back is in incredible pain meaning I can't proceed with constantly standing up and then sitting down so at some point the lady sitting at a table nearby the counter, points at me as I had a number waiting the entire time at the table. Luis/Luiz the proceeds with exiting the counter and comes to me with a paper bag where my McChicken was in.. again it was for here. While other people had trays for the meals that where also served for HERE I was the only one at the store eating my in-house meal out of a paper bag.. the way he handled the entire situation was simply tasteless and rude but also unprofessional to such a degree. I no longer care to have breakfast or lunch during the earlier hours, but rather during the dinner hours later on since the crew during the later evening have ALWAYS given exceptional service, but this experience is definitely left me a bad taste in my mouth and hopefully management corrects this because that was truly disrespectful across the board.

Every time I go to this location, there's some sort of inconvenience. I really never have any issues with any other fast food restaurants (including other McDonalds restaurants).. and I honestly eat out quite a bit lol. But the last few visits here (ranging from several days ago to several months ago), I have had nuggets missing from the bag that were charged on the receipt, I have had 25 minute wait times just to finally receive cold fries, and I have had to drive back before just to have missing items given as well. Side note, I never have had more than a $15 ticket at this location. My orders are just for myself. I even popped by once several weeks ago at 11:48pm and they were already telling people they were closed in the drive thru. To be honest, it's gotten annoying enough that any time I want McDonalds, I just go to the Bissonnet and Highway 6 location, even though it's further from my house. I never have any issues there, and at least they are 24/7 too. But I have to go out of my way for that because of my negative experiences at this store. I tried to give this store another chance a few days ago, and I had another 30 minute wait. Maybe I'm just popping by at the absolute worst timings ever each time I go to this store, who knows... I've worked in food service for nearly 3 years so I get the hassle. But it does suck that this is a constant occurrence
