They indicated they knew what I wanted. I spelled it out a few times, due to the order taker not getting the order right on the menu listing. Even when they handed me the items, the man indicated to me, they got the order right. I repeated what I wanted to 3 different people, but when I got home, they gave me a big mac with only cheese. I've been eating at McDonald for 50 plus years, and never have a witnessed such incompetency taking an order. I MEAN NEVER! And I made sure to spell out what i wanted numerous times to each party, and yet, they got it wrong. It beggars the imagination.
