    Ordered $35 in food asked first if they had a promotion that I had seen at another mcds the lady that took my meal said yes, I got to the window they didn't know what she was talking about..I understand all mcds are not the same but if Iv asked and the (manager has said yes then I'm not sure why I didn't get promotion price. The other male manager was so rude/unfriendly like you choose this job nobody made you come in. Then they got my order wrong 2x when the manager had already repeated my order and I back to him confirmed my order..I then got asked to pull up to the 1 where I waited more than 10 minutes for 2 burgers with No onions...they had the audacity to give me 1 apple pie...I didn't need the apple pie they just need to get there apples in order. Please do better mcds

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru. I went with my coworker to purchase two soft drinks and had two separate app codes ready to use. The employee at the intercom, Stephanie, claimed to be the manager and told us we could not redeem both drinks from one vehicle. She said we would need to either drive around twice or go inside—even though there was a line of cars behind us. Her attitude was extremely rude, she was hesitant to help resolve the issue, never apologized, and had a smirk on her face as if the situation was funny. Because of this, my coworker had to go inside and purchase his drink. While inside, he spoke with the actual manager, who confirmed that Stephanie was not the manager and had misunderstood the situation. I clearly stated at the speaker that I had two separate codes, not one code for the same item. I’ve also noticed that this location no longer gives proper change, claiming that the government is no longer producing pennies. If exact change is required for cash payments, that should be communicated before completing the order. Customers should not be inconvenienced or shorted because of store policy issues. Overall, this experience showed a lack of training, poor customer service, and no attempt to resolve a very simple issue. Ordering two drinks from one vehicle should not be a problem. I will not be returning to this specific McDonald’s. Customers deserve respect and basic problem-solving skills from staff. Do better, McDonald’s. This was extremely disappointing. ***UPDATE*** I recently had an experience at this McDonald’s location that fell well below standard expectations for customer service and professionalism. The issue was not minor, and it was significant enough that I contacted Customer Care directly. Unfortunately, the response I received was a generic template apology stating that my concerns were “shared with restaurant leaders,” with no specific explanation of corrective action or follow-up. Customers take time to provide feedback because they expect accountability and improvement. In this case, neither was demonstrated. I hope leadership takes service standards more seriously moving forward.

    They have a short lady working I don’t if she the manager she don’t under English n got my order right n after I pay I was missing some Itams….she don’t need to be a manger she was being very rude she was saying they where closing at 7:00 pm more customers was coming in and she was frustrated u can see it
