  Hay un trabajador que esta los sábados en la mañana ya me a tomado la orden dos veces que he pasado a comprar desayuno y siempre esta de mal humor no me toma la orden bien siempre me sale faltando algo en la orden si el no le gusta ese trabajo se debería buscar uno que si sea de su agrado porque yo no puedo llegar a mi trabajo y desquitar mi coraje con los clientes que gracias a los clientes tienen su salario

  People there are very rude. Sunday morning workers. Asked for 2 meals of number 2, proceeded to give me one. Charged me 2 coffees when I asked for 1. After correcting the order she said it was too late and had to put an order at the window. Ignored me at the window after interrupting me. Next window lady fixed the order but was still rude with an attitude. Also asked for 3 creams and sugar and gave me straight black coffee. Have all of them removed. Let there be lessons learned. If you cant work at a simple McDonald's right, you shouldn't work anywhere. Get better workers and you will get more customers. Dont come here.

  The whole establishment is trash, check your drinks & food before consuming it. I had someone get extremely upset & made a huge fuss over something small, I told her plastic was in my Carmel Frappe, I actually whispered it so other customers don't get alarmed, I feel she did it on purpose & felt caught bc there's no way she should've reacted soo unprofessional. The whole drive thru & frappe makers are to be WATCHED ! I WAS NOT THE ONLY PERSON TO COMPLAIN ABT THEIR ORDER, 3 people to be exact all came back with an complaint literally whole bag of food.

  The food and service at this McDonald’s were fine, and using the drive-through to pick up a mobile order was an easy experience. However, there was a homeless individual approaching and knocking on my car and others around the restaurant, including near the pickup window, and staff did not address the situation. Due to safety concerns, I will not be returning.

  Placed an order thru the mobile app, came to the windows and I was asked is thia a mobile order I said yes they asked me 3 times for the code because the girl at the 1st windows couldn't understand my code and had to repeat it , even in Spanish. So I drove up to the windows and the girl says that app shows a pickup at the windows, I told her No on my app said drive thru, she told me go to the next windows very rude ! Again I couldn't even understand her and she could hardly speak English, i drove to the next window and forget it the girl was worse then the first. She was rude said next time I need to get off and get the order, I even showed her in the mobile app it was drive thru, I couldn't even understand her, her English was really bad. Not only was she rude, her customer service was terrible. They should never put people who hardly speak English at the window, And they need to be taught customer service skills.
