    On 11-16-2025 1:15pm me and my kids ordered some food here I made a mistake and was denied help by lead worker and they got my order wrong so I won’t be coming back.

    By far the worst customer service I couldn’t go through the drive through because I was in a truck . The manger tell me to walk to the window. To see if they take my order . She was very rude . The cashier was running late but as a manager you should be able to open and take people .you open at 6 but has not opened . I will never come here again by far the worst customer service ever in my life

    I went to this McDonald's with my dad for breakfast and the wait time took forever and they couldn't even make our order right the order was missing stuff and it was simple stuff too and also there was other people complaining about the same stuff too. And obviously were already upset because we were there for like an hour waiting on simple food that should've been done in 5 minutes. And when we told them something about their slow service we were told by a black lady "I don't care" and that we needed to go to church. I would not ever come back here again and I would recommend for anyone else not to come here ever.

    There's been more than 2 occasions where they delivered an incomplete order missing items and at times the order never arrives due to it "not being in the system".
