I ordered the sausage egg mcmuffin today and it had egg shells in the first bite so I returned it and had a remake then I drive home and take my bites and toward the last 2 bites there were 5 pieces of egg shell and since I ate majority of the sandwich the second time I did not return it. And I made almost home so I didn't go back to complain in person. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks and its gross unpleasant to bite into something hard and super crunchy and it keeps happening. The people I spoke to are nice well the morning people are. But this is enough for me to stope eating this sandwich. The photo is the egg shells from the second remade sandwich.

If you want to get cheated on your delivery order, definitely use this McDonald's. At every turn they consistently leave things out of my order. I'm disabled and can't drive. I ordered breakfast for my small family on the 23rd of December so that we would have breakfast for the 24th and the 25th of December, since I knew there would be no delivery service on those days. Even though, in the United States, pancakes automatically require butter and syrup (jelly) and two packs of butter and a packet of syrup are supposed to come with every pancake breakfast at McDonald's, they managed to leave it out! 😡 I didn't order extra because typically I do order extra and they just give me the customary amount anyway. So, why bother if getting the minimum is customary? But this, time NADA! This is the equivalent of serving a hamburger without the bum! Ridiculous! So my family could not enjoy our pancakes! It's still in the freezer!
We also ordered a breakfast sandwich meal. They left out the sandwich! They said they couldn't issue a refund for the meal because we got the coffee and the hash brown! But I ordered a MEAL, ma'am. Coffee and a hash brown is not what I ordered! This is like saying that just because a person got "chicken nuggets and fries" when they ordered a "hamburger and fries meal" that they got their order just because coincidentally there were" fries".
I knew immediately that there was going to be a problem because they had no itemized listing on the outside of the bag which they're supposed to have to make sure that things are accurate.
With so many mistakes that basically was not my order. I don't feel like it was my order! They refused to refund me my money for missing items & compensate me for the fact that I my family couldn't enjoy their breakfast and RUINED my holiday!
McDonald's intentionally has a poor customer service policy, poor ethics & and I don't believe that the omissions are accidents. I think it's their "cost saving methods" by stealing from the customer- make the sale and don't give them the product!
Anyway about a $40 order and $10 delivery fee and we received NOTHING WE ORDERED but a large coffee!
About 2 hours of arguing on the phone & no refund, a big headache! My mom begged me not to report them for fear of corporate retaliation, but if anyone else has this issue please report them. It's habitual and a practice to leave items out.
Beware! they're thieves!
Edit: I see that they gave a disingenuous, lazy response, that mimicks their poor service, with a worthless link that leads to the same dishonest, unhelpful reps I already dealt with. Don't be fooled. Cheating the customer by INTENTIONALLY leaving things out of the order is their POLICY and they stick by it at your expense.
