Every time I go to the drive-through, they either tell me to pull up or pull into the carry out, I can never just order my food and go. They should stop calling at a drive-through if you’re not able to drive-through.

I got a large fry and two chocolate chip cookies. My fries were not full and because I asked for no salt they were old refried French fries. My cookies were hard and cold. Tasted like paper.

Came to this location for a simple order from the McDonald's mobile app. The deal says buy a 6 PCs nuggets or double cheeseburger and get ANY size McCafe beverage. 1st at the drive thru, the guy tells me the smoothie doesn't apply to the deal. Then that gets corrected, I get to the window to pay , I'm being overcharged. Now we get that corrected, get to the window to get my order and it was wrong. I ordered a large smoothie and they give me a extra small. I tell them I ordered a large and he says that's 99 more cents. Manager had to come correct that also. 20 minutes just for a cheeseburger and a smoothie. How can EVERY process of ordering food be wrong at EVERY station. Today is 9/17/2025 @ 1:20 pm. That whole shift needs to be re trained.
