I know these employees don't get paid very much. But how hard it is to just read what's on the screen and put that sauce in the bag? And also, why do I have to ask for ketchup every time?

I saw people walk in order 5min after i parked there and still got the food and left while i am still waiting for my order. What the point to order in adamant when you can get the food faster just by walk in order.
