  I just came to this McDonald's this am at 7:09 used my reward code for a large Carmel Iced Coffee it wasn't made right & it was very nasty & ruñny looking, also purchased a hash brown which was cold also, if the worker doesn't know how to make it ask somebody else to help you, I'll never go to this McDonald's again they stay messing up people orders😡😡🤬🤬 if you ask me throw the entire McDonald's away or get an entire new crew

  This store is the closest I have to home and work, I almost always order at night through the Drive thru, the quality of the food and service is incredible, BUT, the service they have during the day is horrible, students or simply children who don't care about anything more than their salary, the attention is terrible, you arrive and they are all in the kitchen talking and laughing and no one turns to see, I left this unnoticed, but it is unacceptable that first they give me a RAW chicken sandwich, the only coffee I drink is that of this franchise in general, but the last two times I have ordered my coffee, it is not what I ask for, it is a mixture of water and coffee powder with nothing but extra ice of course , do you think this look like a IFVC ?

  Someone said “worst location in the area” and I couldn’t agree more. The food is NEVER hot/fresh. The customer service is extremely bad. I recently ordered some apple pies and holiday pies and none of them tasted fully cooked. I was disgusted & threw them out. The bread for the sandwiches are always dry/hard. Fries always cold or have a taste like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamps for over an hour. The location down the street on HWY 6 & BELLAIRE is a much better option. Only thing is there are not 24 hours so you better go before they close at 12 or you are doomed if you settle for this location

  This place is so bad. The quality control here is horrendous. I got food from them. I took it home and I just threw it in the trash. The sad part is if you go to the McDonald’s around here the quality control of the food is like 100% better do not stop at this McDonald’s or you have been warned

  This Restaurant was good except the fact that my chicken sandwich had mayo piled up on one side. Just lightly spread it out. Some of our food was missing. But the server made sure to correct it. No attitude at all very friendly staff.
