HORRIBLE customer service! The food was average at best. My sandwich looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Last straw for me with this location! NEVER AGAIN!

The evening workers at this location are lazy and don't listen to people's orders. Definitely the night crew needs better people after 9pm.

Some one asked a question about the kiosk and was told “NO SPANISH HERE JUST ENGLISH” by a girl in blue at the front cashier working. He had a little accent but was still understandable. There is definitely other ways to say it.

In drive thru, I ordered a McDouble value meal, plain and dry for my granddaughter.
I got to the drive thru windows and they asked me to pull into parking space 4.
I sat there for almost 30 minutes, watching all the others waiting getting their orders, and I was there before them.
How hard could it be to make a double cheeseburger with nothing on it?
This is the closest McDonald's to my home, and over the years there's been other incidents.
I've had enough! I'll be taking my business to the other McDonald's in the area. Driving a little farther is better than dealing with the frustration from this store. 😠
BTW, the manager could use some remedial customer service training.
Bad attitudes don't go well with customers! 🙄
