So instead of going trying to figure out where the disconnect is, they just stare at you or don’t help you. While I was waiting for my mobile app order another guy was going through the same exact thing I was. What I’ve noticed is drive thru takes priority over in store. I waited and waited for my in store order and then had to wait more for the mobile app order that they never got. I had to replace the order… meanwhile still being charged for my mobile app order. I should’ve learned my lesson the first time but I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. If you’re not drive thru- you don’t matter. Not to mention when I ordered in store and it took forever, when I finally got my food- it was cold. I had asked the cashier “ in case this order finally pops up for you guys can you write the # down that way you can cancel it and not make it?” And he just looked at me and said “ n- no”. What. In. The. World. Is going on at this location. My job is so close to this restaurant and my coworkers get McDonald’s cokes literally every single morning. Not anymore.
