Waited over 10 minutes to order only for the lil girl taking my order to tell me they only accept cash AFTER I placed my whole order. There’s no way for you to exit the line so I had to continue to sit in the line so the people in front of me could get theirs, an extra 5 minutes. If you only are taking cash that’s something that should be made very clear at the beginning of the line so you have a chance to leave but I spent damn near 20 minutes to get no food & can’t eat for another 2 hours.

I was not able to access the code for the order anymore and she told me I could not get my food. I told her yes I can by my name because I order all the time through the app. I told her my name and she never responded. I sat there till she did. Finally asking again about the order and number. I told her my name again and she reluctantly says go ahead.
