- DRDavi ReyesDec 11, 20251.0The absolute, hands down, worst McDonald's in the city. This one is worse than the one next to the grey hound station ever was. Morning is ok because of the nice ladies that work the windows, but once afternoon and evening management take over, it's rude, slow, they all have terrible attitudes even when they mess up the order. I once waited for 45 mins for an iced coffee and a small fry. They turned off most of the rewards so you can never use them, except during busy mornings when they're taking 30 minutes per order. The managers will stand in the back and ignore the front. Then cop an attitude when the multitude of people waiting in the lobby get irritated. Iced coffee is served all day long, yet they like to be able to be lazy and say, "we don't have that right now" so they turned it off on the rewards. They never have ice cream, sauces, good service. Jesus, this is a franchise and they are still supposed to abide by McDonald's corporate rule. They keep the play area blocked off and closed so they never have to clean it.
