  Curbside pickup a lil slow 10 mint.. one lane open cuz some idiot burst the menu tv screen. Ok service.

  I have visited different McDonald’s locations on multiple occasions and have always been treated with respect and empathy. However, this particular location is possibly the worst in the entire Houston area. During my visit, I had to attend an emergency video call that lasted approximately 15 minutes. Since the general seating area was very noisy, I sat at a table in the children’s area. At that time, there were no children present, as it was around 11:00 a.m. and the area was completely empty. While I was on the call, a Hispanic woman named Maria approached me, accompanied by two other people who appeared to be inspecting the restaurant. After a short time, and while I was still on the video call, Maria turned toward me and, in an unkind manner, told me that I could not be there, that the area was only for parents with children, and that I needed to leave. I understand the policy; however: There was no one using that area at the time. My stay would have been brief. I was a paying customer, not taking advantage of the establishment. Beyond the rule itself, the way I was addressed was inappropriate. A manager should always maintain a respectful and courteous tone with customers. If this is how customers are treated, it is concerning to imagine how employees are treated. As a manager, she appears to have chosen the wrong line of work.

  Great place to eat at but the air quality in the restaurant is very bad. Mcdonalds needs an air purifier to clear the dust particles in the air of the restaurant asap for health concerns ASAP!!
