  We have to give a big shout out and a huge Thank You to one of the employees at this McDonalds. Today my husband and I was in this Walmart. My husband went to the Walmart restroom in the front of the store. He accidentally left his phone in there, and we didn't realize it until we got home. A McDonalds employee found it, and kept it safe keeping until he could get a break and turn it in. We had been calling the phone, and when the gentleman had a break he answered my husband phone, and we set up to meet at Walmart Service desk. Goes to show you that there is honest people in this world, and the kind of people that this McDonalds hires. We didn't think to get his name, but I hope that you show this review to him and thank him for being an honest honorable employee. He deserves a big huge thank you.

  Been reading the reviews here and i’m pretty sure most of them have the wrong location. This mcdonald’s doesn’t even have a drive thru and i see a lot of complaints about it… Anyways, I would like to thank the crew for always being polite and giving out the best customer service despite being short staffed most of the time. I noticed one manager in particular, I heard one of the other employees call her Vivi, was really nice and fast. She even came out around the counter to help an elderly woman to pay and to give her her change and receipt. My order was a bit big but despite that it came out very fast and it was hot. All of my fries were fresh too. I love coming in when she’s here because her customer service is excellent. There’s also another girl, I couldn’t catch her name, something with a K, but she was really nice too. Love coming to this specific location even if i have to get out of my car. I don’t even go to walmart, i only come to McDonald’s.

  If I can give -infinity stars, I would. Never had issues with this location until today. I placed a mobile order via McDonald's app in advance and did my shopping so that was enough time for them to make my food only to find out, that they didnt even make my order yet and the employees (including the short manager lady) to tell me that my order is not ready and that I have to pay for my order again even though I showed them my receipt that I paid for it. The manager kept insisting that I need to pay for it, and I keep telling her no because why would I pay twice if I already paid for it and I have the damn receipt. Smhh! Don't ever do a mobile app order during the day here or when that short Hispanic lady manager is there. She doesn't know what she's doing and will try to make you pay again. I made a complaint about this location and that specific manager. Too early for this BS!!
