  I ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived, my order was not ready and when I asked the short hispanic lady (apparently shes the manager) she said she could not find my order. I showed her the mobile app and she continued to tell me she couldn't do anything because on her end it didnt show the order. I then told her I had the receipt on my email where it gave me a confirmation number, she then said ok let me try it with that (should have asked me for it in the first place). She was able to pull my information up and said oh yes it is here, but it shows the payment is still processing. I then showed her the receipt again! How do I have a receipt if the payment has not gone through? This lady DID NOT GIVE ME THE FOOD I PAID FOR!!! The food was for my children's lunch, we literally left there with NO food. The lady still had the audacity to catch an attitude with me. I called corporate on this matter and I was told the lady should have given me my food since I had the payment receipt. I saw a very similar review, apparently this is an ongoing issue with that hispanic short lady. I wont ever be back. Ill just go to chick fil a across the street. Chick fil a would NEVER

  We have to give a big shout out and a huge Thank You to one of the employees at this McDonalds. Today my husband and I was in this Walmart. My husband went to the Walmart restroom in the front of the store. He accidentally left his phone in there, and we didn't realize it until we got home. A McDonalds employee found it, and kept it safe keeping until he could get a break and turn it in. We had been calling the phone, and when the gentleman had a break he answered my husband phone, and we set up to meet at Walmart Service desk. Goes to show you that there is honest people in this world, and the kind of people that this McDonalds hires. We didn't think to get his name, but I hope that you show this review to him and thank him for being an honest honorable employee. He deserves a big huge thank you.

  Been reading the reviews here and i’m pretty sure most of them have the wrong location. This mcdonald’s doesn’t even have a drive thru and i see a lot of complaints about it… Anyways, I would like to thank the crew for always being polite and giving out the best customer service despite being short staffed most of the time. I noticed one manager in particular, I heard one of the other employees call her Vivi, was really nice and fast. She even came out around the counter to help an elderly woman to pay and to give her her change and receipt. My order was a bit big but despite that it came out very fast and it was hot. All of my fries were fresh too. I love coming in when she’s here because her customer service is excellent. There’s also another girl, I couldn’t catch her name, something with a K, but she was really nice too. Love coming to this specific location even if i have to get out of my car. I don’t even go to walmart, i only come to McDonald’s.
