My friend asked for a fork at 8:00pm, and the manager said they cannot give a fork because inventory will mess up. The person who talked was so rude and literally said “u have to buy something then I’ll give u a fork”. After whole freaking day of classes, when u go to ask for only a fork one time, they treat students like this? We pay $7000 for one semester to get this kind of behavior? Very disappointed. #boycott_mcdonald’s

I had to wait 40 mins for a large drink just to know that they cancelled it just because. They have done this several times, and most of the time when I saw them cancel it in their screen, i just wait to talk to them to ask about my drink and show the receipt. They also have one lady who is really rude, and shes the one who cancels the order most of the time. Super bad service for mobile orders
