- NCNiviauna Cannady5 days ago1.0A manager was rude and refused to give me my meal and then on top of that refused to give my food so I asked for a refund and the manager said no and had an employee come to the back of my car in the drive through and throw items at my car then I called the police and parked in the lot to wait she then came outside and pulled a gun on me and another patron. This is unacceptable at this point not only have the staff stolen my money and vandalized my property the manager threatened my life. This need to be addressed immediately. A police report has been filed.

Sorry if the bathroom needed to be the first stop before I peed my pants. Will be visiting McDonalds less as they are locking their bathrooms and not teaching their employees to be courteous.

Employees always get your order wrong, without fail. It’s so frustrating that it’s actually kind of funny. Also, the meals aren’t charged as meals; each item is charged separately which makes your order more expensive than normal. Avoid at all costs.

I’m so disappointed, my first time trying McDonalds again in yearssss. The whole situation hurt my stomach. Because how nonsensical is that?
