Every time I go there, they either mess up my order, ice cream machine never works, or make me wait in the drive thru spot for 30+ minutes until I have to walk in to remind them I actually have a waiting order. The whole store is a mess. There’s no one at the front desk. The management needs to do much better.

Ordene en línea y cuando fui la cancelaron.. y la explicación sin sentido que me dieron fue que no recibieron mi orden pero bien que me la cobraron.. aun que después regresaron el dinero.. solo me hicieron perder el tiempo en ir para que me salieran con eso... y no fueron ni para decirme que me la harian... o buscar una solución... no vuelvo ahi mas... aparte de que cuando iba siempre algo me daban mal... Checando el email que me mandaron de la cancelación, ahi dice que la cancelaron por cambio de horario... y mi orden la hice alas 10.07 mas de 20 minutos antes de que se termine el breakfast.. Asi que solamente la cancelaron por que no la quisieron hacer o por que son muy lentos y no pueden con tantas ordenes... pésimo servicio.. que lastima que le hagan perder dinero a los dueños simplemente por que no tienen buen personal.
