  Rude manager rude employees all they do is hide in the back......it takes a minimum of 12 minutes just to get coffee....place is ridiculous, its everytime

  I genuinely need to know what is happening at this McDonald’s because this is, without exaggeration, the slowest location I have ever experienced in my life. I understand being busy. I understand peak hours. What I do not understand is how a global fast-food chain manages to move this painfully slow every single time. The drive-thru barely moves. You sit there questioning your life choices while one car inches forward every five business days. It feels like there is zero urgency. No flow. No system. Just vibes and chaos. At this point, it would genuinely be faster to park, go inside, apply for a job, complete training, and make my own order. This isn’t a one-time issue. It’s consistent. Something operational is clearly broken. Whether it’s staffing, management, or workflow, it needs serious attention because “fast food” should not feel like a long-term investment. Do better. btw the young guy with the tattoos at the drive thru is nice!

  I originally planned on dining in, but I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Just ordered the #1 combo. By that time, a few people were behind me. So about 3 other guests that were behind me got their food, and I was still waiting. I tried to cancel and get my money back but they said a manager needed to do that, and the manager was busy. Couldn't use the restroom because it was locked. Finally left about 25 minutes later. And no one was in front of me when I ordered. I'm not making that mistake again.

  I had put in a mobile order for breakfast before breakfast time was over and pull up to the drive tru on time to pick up my order. Mind you it was a 44 dollar order and they made me wait like 6 minutes and exactly at 11 they had attend me and told me they can’t give me order even though i pulled up on time and put my order on time and they still made me wait until breakfast time was over. They had told me that in the system everything was scratched out but the pancakes and hash brown.I had ordered two pancakes and they only gave me one as well. The customer service is horrible and they don’t want to work and decide to ruin the customers day only because they don’t want to make last breakfast order.

  So today on 1/26/2026 I went to this McDonalds and I used my McDonald’s app (code: 7558) and I used the discount “4.69 Medium fries, medium soft drink and your choice of entree (10 piece, Big Mac or Filet-O-Fish)” I chose the 10 piece nuggets entree but when I get up to the window they only put a 10 piece nugget in the back and gave me a hi-C with NO FRY and when I asked they said “a 10 piece and a drink was the only thing on the receipt” so I offered to pay for the fry and she said “we don’t have a register up here” like NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will not being coming here NO MORE !!
