Obviously lost my order and I asked 3 times. Tomatoes mushy. And like all fast food, too much condiments on sandwiches. I wish to eat it, not wear it!!! Also given no receipt, so no store number to complain. Their website wants a store number, so the McDonlald website sucks too.

There is never an owner/manager to speak to about the how poorly they are running this location. You can’t sit and have a meal because you will get pestered by panhandlers that are constantly there. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! It’s a waste of time and money…literally one of the worst locations I’ve seen and the kicker is that’s brand new and it’s already like this…damn pathetic…

It is the simplest level of customer service to scribble a "cash only" sign and put it on the menu. Employees were dead eyed and didn't express the least concern for the inconvenience. What else should I expect from McDonald's I guess. FAIL!
- LLLaneOct 19, 20251.0This was my favorite McDonald's location until the last two visits I've had. It's sad because this location is so nice but laziness is kicking in. Today 10/19/25 10:15 I was basically ignored and so were many other other customers at the counter. No one to take orders or help people who couldn't use the kiosk. They only were worried about the drive through. There's a black woman who works there who flat out will walk by you and ignore you even though she operates the register. Yes she's taking out food to tables etc, but you can tell she's just doing enough to keep her job. I watched people trying to get refills the last two weekends and some just left. There's no self service island for refills, if you're not going to have that, you better have someone refilling drinks. It's a simple request and it's ridiculous how far this locations customer service has fallen. I will try one more time in the future, if it's the same or worse I'm not coming back.
