The girl at the register was apparently in training and nobody was helping her.. it was a very negative experience and other customers were getting frustrated as well. Which probably didn't help the situation. I feel that this is a management issue more than anything.

I waited 20 minutes only for them to come out and give me the wrong order through the drive through. I come inside and everyone is talking over me and refusing slow down hear me out. I tell them what im missing and they still hand me the wrong order. This is ridiculous! Attention needs to be paid by both management and employees.
