The coffee was gross I didn’t take but a sip and had came back to the counter and nicely asked to exchange the coffee, the lady refused and instead insisted they don’t do that, I showed her I hadn’t drank any of the coffee she still refused to give me another cup, drink, or refund. Again I was extremely kind her name is Maria. z
