Them women up there attitudes are snappy as ever, don’t greet people at the door and BARELY even when you in line waiting to be serviced, very rude and nasty when they are speaking and it’s honestly ridiculous everytime I come to this one, just because it’s in a bad neighborhood doesn’t mean the businesses have to be horrible ! need better customer service policies and routine for sure !

I made a mobile order after work tonight to feed my babies and still had to sit in line for 30 minutes and when I finally reached the window they gave me old food. when I told the guy he had an attitude and they were talking a lot of mess. then gave me OLDER fries, broken up and soggy. I took pictures and videos. they refused to make it fresh and lied to my face about making food again after taking the bag for literally a minute.

If I was the store owner I would replace everyone in here. It shows lack of management and the employees job failure.no straws,no napkins, no ketchup for the very cold fries. Ice in the tea was gone. Sad they didn't even replace these items after taking this long.
