- AOAngie Olivares4 days ago1.0I order 2 chicken biscuits, 2 hash browns, and a large ice coffee. I get to the window, the lady tells me how much it is in Spanish. I don't understand because I do not speak Spanish. But I give her a $10.00 bill and she only gives me a dollar in change. I don't understand why when the coffee was free,because I used my app. Then I get to the window to get my food. They only get me one chicken biscuit So I paid for the I give them the money for the other one. But they don't give me my money back now. She accuses me of stealing money from her, mind you. I've worked at a bank for 26 years. Why would I steal $3 from McDonald's? They should not hire people that cannot speak or understand English correctly. I understand their jobs are of value to all of us.But if I approach you and you cannot understand me, bring me somebody who can speak English just as I do for my customers.

The only reason I ordered through Uber Eats is because I don’t have. A vehicle but I called this store and they said I can go pick it up which obviously I cannot. This is the second time we have missing food items
