  Didn’t receive all my items initially, had to stand around waiting for a worker to come over and help me at the counter and then to top it off I got food poisoning. Spent all night throwing up.

  I came in this evening. It was the same regular deal cold fries. The machine was down for the shakes even though they let me order them and pay for them so when I get the window, it’s like oh well the shake machine isn’t working. I’m like OK well that’s fine. You could just give me a regular soda so she proceeds to try to give me a soda and then send me on my way like I didn’t just pay for two shakes and so I’m like why are you gonna give me my money back and then magically the shake machine starts working again honestly I’m not even sure why you were just try to do that to someone when you know that the cost of a shake is a lot more like you could literally put it back in my car and that would’ve went on about my day but instead you get an attitude because I want my money back because you let me order a shake and pay for it and then tell me that it doesn’t work and then it works so I don’t know maybe that sounds like a personal problem but what do I know?

  Was in drive thru for 8 min , was totally ignored , drive thru was totally empty. Drove to window to place order and was confronted by a rude employee named jazeel, gave me a look like what u want , I don’t wanna take your order . I gave her my code and she asked is that all and rolled her eyes. I didn’t think going to this location and ordering a coffee would make sombody that angry for doing their job. She made my vanilla iced coffee horrible like she didn’t even add nothing in it , I had to toss it away . I would not recommend anybody to this location for anything with rude employees like that. To add insult to injury the location had no customers , I believe they were having a conversation and was upset I interrupted by trying to place an order. If u want good customer service and quick service I recommend going to the one on west rd and fry rd that location is very professional.

  Had a gift card so we tried this place for date night and we're not disappointed. I'm not sure why but the place was empty for a Thursday. I made a reservation just in case since it was a nice restaurant but there were several empty tables for a Thursday night so the place was a bit quiet. Despite all of that, we had a wonderful server and the food & drinks were amazing. Food wise for 2, I recommend 1 sushi roll and 1 regular app. And share 1 entree. We were basically full by the time our main dishes arrived and even got a side dish which we barely touched. But all in all it was a great experience and would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice seafood restaurant to dine out.

  This McDonald's location is an absolute joke. It’s ridiculous and honestly shocking how cocky, rude, and unprofessional the so-called General Manager behaves. You can tell his employees don’t respect him either—they’re quick to point fingers instead of helping. We stopped by to grab something to eat, and not only did they charge us for the wrong item, but when we pulled forward to address the mistake, the GM himself—who had taken our order—immediately became defensive. When we calmly explained that we didn’t order what we were charged for, his nasty response was, “Yes you did!” My husband repeated that he was wrong, and instead of fixing the issue, the GM got upset and said, “It’s already made!” My husband told him our daughters want what we originally ordered, and the GM’s response was to grab the drinks, walk away, ignore us, and offer absolutely no solution. I’m sorry, but we’re not taking food we didn’t order. This GM needs serious retraining on customer service and how to handle basic issues with professionalism. As long as someone with this attitude and childish behavior is running the store, this McDonald's will keep losing customers.
