  They need to hire employees at the speaker with customer service experience. Just went to get my daughter food, and forgot to order the drink. When I made it to the window I asked the woman if I could order a drink and she responded with a tone like she was lecturing a 2yr old “no ma’am, you have to go around the drive thru again”.   Saturday staff needs to be more attentive with customers. Morning, to be precise, staff handed me my meal and then just walk away leaving me with the words in my mouth,I Ask for some jelly, so I stood there until someone attended me. This is ridiculous. Then what's the point of having the app, if they're not going to put the information in properly wanted a 99 cents coffee phone app says approved. She asked for the code again. The code disappears after it's approved, so what not

  This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in Houston I go all over to other McDonald’s and my order is always correct but every time I come to this McDonald’s trying to give them a second third fourth chance my order is always incorrect. I don’t understand how can you get the smallest things incorrect and then there’s no one there to fix the order nobody in there knows anything the manager and all the employees comes to the window and it’s still doesn’t get fixed the problem What place of business is doing things like this? It’s ridiculous at this point. A place full of employees and no management with knowledge

  Ordered a hot n spicy with fries and large Coke. Ate most of the fries and bit into the hot n spicy but the texture was off, too soft. Returned to the drive thru window and was immediately made to feel as though I stole something. It was not contented what was about to be refunded as they had my whole bag. After the refund I noticed it was just for the burger. The lady assisting me was extremely rude and told e there were no fries in the bag. I tried explaining that the fries were wrapped in the paper with the hot n spicy. As I stated previously, I had eaten most of my fries but had I known to remove the hot n spicy I would've finished my fries. The lady assist with my refund was not pleasant at all. As a manager, which I am for another company, I would have refunded the entire Order just because. In this case I should have been made aware of my options instead of being handled so rudely. Not satisfied at all.
