I tried to redeem a clearly labeled free large fry reward, and the staff just stood there blinking at the screen. They kept saying “it’s not letting me” and even asked if it was for points… while we were literally holding the phone right in front of them showing “FREE LARGE FRY.” When they finally handed over the fries, they were stale, like they’d been waiting for someone else’s disappointment. We went back through for two McDoubles: one with only ketchup and cheese, the other with extra onions. Somehow, through a level of logic that defies physics, they dumped the extra onions onto the one that was supposed to have none. If confusion was an ingredient, they serve it in every order.
