    I don’t usually have issues at this location. The staff are usually nice and helpful but today that was not the case. My iced coffee was extremely light and did not taste like coffee. I returned the coffee and was given an identical one with the same color . the employee seemed annoyed when I asked why it was so light and asked for regular hot coffee this resulted in me taking the second coffee even though I was not satisfied with it. Employees know that the coffee should not be this light and they needed to dump out that whole container and make a fresh batch…

    Espere por casi 40 minutos mi comida y eso q al principio no estaba lleno. Había un cumpleaños en el play place nada más y nadie atendía a los clientes. Luego llegaron cientos de niños de alguna escuela y los q estábamos esperando comida antes tuvimos que ir y a pararnos frente al counter a decir q llevábamos horas esperando nuestra comida. Fue desastroso ... Lo peor es q andaba niños yo también que tenían hambre
