  this is by far the worse customer service . a man that was working at the front on friday January 9th at 3:30-4pm was either mad for going to work, having a bad day or something because his customer service was BAD. I’ll rather drive to another location before stopping here again. all because i placed an online order for my daughter getting out of elementary school so she can eat and dad took her to pick up the order and because i wasn’t there physically it was problem and on top of it he didn’t give my daughter her small drink. WOW DO BETTEE

  The service is so hostile and aggressive here. Especially, the guy with glasses and long hair that works the window.

  I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service provided by Ms. Liana L. during our visit today. We placed three orders at 9:25 a.m. At 9:30 a.m., we received only two orders, and one order was missing. At 9:40 a.m., my son asked Ms. Liana L. about the status of the missing order, and she told us to wait a moment. By 9:45 a.m., the missing order number was still not showing on the screen. We followed up again, but Ms. Liana L. was not helpful in resolving the issue or providing clear information. At 9:55 a.m., we approached the manager, who confirmed that the order was still in the system, but it appeared that one of our orders had been skipped by someone. We were disappointed with the lack of assistance and communication from Ms. Liana L., which caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. We hope this matter can be reviewed to help improve service quality in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Muy mal servicio en esta tienda, hay unos chicos latinos que se creen los dueños de la Tienda maltratando a un veterano mayor moreno. Sr tuvo que pedir dos veces que lo atendieran. Y aparte de eso ha tenido de mala gana, yo luego le dije a la chica que me regalara un vasito para poder tomar un poco de gaseosa que estamos trabajando y me dijo que no podía que si quería refresco, tenía que comprar lo que me podía dar un vaso para agua, pero que no podía tocar las gaseosas. Esto es una franquicia, esto no es un restaurante propio de ellos no deben de ponerse así con los Driver por eso es que los Driver hacen lo que hacen con las tiendas por la mala actitud de las personas que están atendiendoen cualquier restaurante que tú llegues y se retrasen con tu con tu pedido, te ofrecen una bebida o un refrigerio para esperar en disculpa al tiempo perdido, acá me dijeron que tenía que pagar mal actitud mal actitud de estas personas 0% de recomendado
