Her behavior creates a very negative atmosphere, and it feels like she has no interest in providing decent customer service. This location could be so much better if the management addressed her attitude and how she treats customers

Trapped in line with an online order cancelled because I was 6 minutes past 11 even though I had ordered online prior and already been charged. The guy working the drive thru told me I was wrong about the time and that my order had been cancelled. As of writing the review the order still hasn’t been cancelled. Absolute jokes like this employee kill brand loyalty
