    Never had a issue with dine in but this day when I was waiting to get some jelly I seen the drive thru person put her mouth on a paying customer drink top to see which was which then gave it out very disgusting

    I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience really deserves attention. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s on Jones Rd in Cypress a few times a week for months after my overnight shifts, and I’ve never had an issue — until this morning (Nov 10, around 6:30 AM). From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee (Julia — heavier build, glasses, red and black hair) was clearly unhappy to be there. She groaned instead of greeting me and cut me off several times mid-order. I tried to stay patient, but when I asked for a Chips Ahoy frappe and she said the machine was down, I made a light-hearted awkward joke about how McDonald’s machines are “always broken.” I even said it smiling. Instead of laughing it off, she snapped “Are you going to order, yes or no?” in a rude tone. When I calmly told her there was no need to be rude, she accused me of being rude and refused to take my order entirely. After working a 16-hour shift and being starving, exhausted, and forced to get out of my car in 41-degree weather, that was the last thing I expected. I parked, went inside, and asked for the manager — only to be met by (what I believe was the same person) who immediately said, “Well what did you say to her to make her say that?” She then repeated the same dismissive line: “Are you going to order or not?” I was shocked. I never raised my voice or cursed — I just wanted to eat and explain what happened. Instead, I was treated with hostility, sarcasm, and complete lack of professionalism. I left without ordering because I was too uncomfortable and honestly a bit afraid to let them handle my food after that. I’ve worked in customer service for over eight years, and I’ve never seen behavior like that. I know everyone has bad days, but this was blatant rudeness and refusal of service toward a regular customer for something so small. I truly hope upper management sees this and addresses it because no one should have to start their morning being spoken to that way.

    As of the past couple of months this location has gone down hill. Asking for sauces has become an issue. They will not add them to your bag then when you ask for them they try to charge you for them or they’ll straight out refuse to give them to you. Not sure why I can put 3 sauces on my order at the kiosk if I’m “not allowed” to have that many. Also, their fries have almost no salt on them lately and the soda machines are always messed up (not enough syrup or too much syrup). Sad because this use to be a decent McDonald’s spot just a few months ago.

    So sick of them and they are the only fast food on this corner! They need to put more restaurants so they can get less business with their bad customer service , no English, orders always wrong

    If I put a review down, I make sure to have a decent sample size of experiences to make sure I didn't just catch them on a bad day. In this case I strongly recommend not dealing with whoever is in charge of the morning crew. Leadership is poor and I have never received my online order in a timely manner. This Mcdonalds is on my route to work and I will go out of my way visit another. The employees are nice but the supervisor will slide late food to you without even looking at you. On top of that, they will periodically make order errors on a bag of one or two items. This tastes like the smoothie machine is dirty btw.
