I ordered 5 breakfast sandwich meals I wanted (2) syrups instead of jelly they charged me for I went back and forth about the charges how you gonna force me to get jelly i even explain to the staff that I’m allergic to jelly I end up requesting a refund

I hate to even give it 1 star, they deserve 0 stars. My family and I got really sick after eating at this location. We ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals and a Big Mac meal for dinner. The next morning my kids started throwing up uncontrollably and diarrhea shortly after. I had to rush my kids to the urgent care. Decided to call the store to let them know of the situation, and only received a pathetic apology and denial of any wrong doing. Kind of brushed it off, acting like people have never gotten sick from eating McDonald. This is something very serious and should be handled more appropriately. The manager eventually started interrupting and cutting me off as I was speaking just to try to hang up the phone. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
