I just left is McDonalds. The customer service sucks. I ordered a $5 Mc Chicken meal, fish fillet meal, and a hamburger @ the drive thru. When we got to the window to pay, I told the guy to add another hamburger like the one I ordered. He asked, do you want it the same way?I replied, yes! As my husband taps his card, the cashier cancelled the order or payment and redid it. We were under the impression, it was because he added the second burger. We get the receipt and move to the pick up window. I get my order, look in the bag my second burger isn’t in there. I asked the guy about my second burger, he had the nerve to tell me to calm down. I asked, why are you telling me to calm down? He said, because you are telling. My husband asked him the same thing . He told the guy, she’s not yelling at you. She just asked , what happened to her other burger. He made it seem like I was trying to get an extra &1. 49 burger.. The guy working the drive thru was very unprofessional.He took my bag and closed the window. At that point, I didn’t want the food anymore. He comes back to the window, gives me my food , without my burger, and closes the window. We’re just sitting there.Finally, the manager comes to the window with my burger. We drive off. Only to get home, my Mc Chicken isn’t in my bag.. I called them, the male manager answerd the phone. I began to tell him about my Mc Chicken. He started dating, no we gave you your burger. He didn’t even let me finish telling what happened. I told him I wasn’t calling about the burger. I was calling about my Mc chicken that wasn’t in my bag. He also, tried to make it seem as if I’m lying and just trying to get free food. That’s was a huge insult. He didn’t apologize or nothing. He just said, you can come back and get the chicken sandwich. I told him, I wasn’t coming back out. It’s extremely cold and I don’t live close to just come back like that. I told him, I was going to write a review on them. We ended the phone call. Two minutes later, he called back saying he was going to give me the meal. I really didn’t want to hear anything he had to say. He should’ve made it right the first time and apologized on behalf of his employer. His attitude, wasn’t thought as a manger, and his staff member at there drive thru attitude wasn’t right. As a manager, you lead by example. The employee attitude was the same as the manager, unprofessional. Mc Donald's hire more mature staff and managers. The MANAGER, didn’t handle that situation well at all. I will never go back to this location. This happened around 8 something on 1/25/2026. The drive thru person was tall and had curly hair. I didn’t see the male manager but he sounded foreign.
