    The manager here is absolutely horrible, i was charged extra for my food and when i tried to explain it to her she told me that it was my fault, when i asked for her name she refused to give it to me, i truly don’t understand how she can be the manager here with such bad customer service

    The manager at this location behaves in an absurd manner. Please be aware that if you try to order food for Curbside or Counter pickup after 9:00 pm, you may have issues picking up your order. Despite the fact that both pickup options are listed as available until 10:00 pm (this is clearly stated on the door and was personally confirmed by the manager herself a few days ago), you may not be able to receive your order using the selected pickup method. The manager has decided on her own to change the operating hours of certain pickup options. If these pickup options are advertised as available until 10:00 pm, customers should be served until 10:00 pm.

    Just came through drive through and Sidel was very rude rushing through my order and lying saying she couldn’t hear through the headset so I drove around to the window and gave her my code and she had a terrible attitude and didn’t want to do her job of taking my order at the window and was very dismissive. I asked if she was okay or having a good day because I just came to order food not to argue with someone who works at McDonalds for minimum wage. The establishment needs to hire people that want to work and that have pleasant customer service. The manager needs to RETRAIN SIDEL.
