  I have been visiting this location for over 20 years, as I grew up in the Alief area, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald’s. I placed a mobile order and was instructed by the employee at the first window to proceed to the second window without being given a receipt. When I arrived at the second window, the black guy working there immediately demanded a receipt. I explained that I was not provided one, at which point he became visibly irritated and repeatedly complained that he could not identify my order. Instead of resolving the issue internally, the employee continued to blame the lack of a receipt, made repeated comments about my dog in the back seat, and displayed a very unprofessional and hostile attitude throughout the interaction. Although I calmly explained my order multiple times, he continued to complain while preparing my food, making remarks such as, “This is why we need receipts,” despite being told more than once that I was never given one. That seems like they're problem, as ive never had any issues with other mcdonalds knowing what I ordered. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive. I understand that mistakes happen, but customer service should never involve taking frustration out on a customer—especially when the issue was not caused by the customer. This experience completely ruined what should have been a simple visit. Based on my experience and similar feedback in recent reviews, it is clear this location may have ongoing customer service issues that need to be addressed. The customers keep your bills paid. I'll be avoiding this location.

  Soy cliente de muchos años y es pésimo el servicio 😡 que jente tan descortés nunca me dan las órdenes como les digo como si no entienden o saber que les pasa por estar en sus teléfonos a la mejor.

  The guy thats always giving out food in the window always got a bad mood,also not polite and rude. I would recommend going to another McDonalds

  Genuinely one of the worst locations how yall make the same food as other locations but yet it’s worse quality buns are almost always stale had to cancel my mobile order for no reason better going to any other location and not waste your time

  Drive through customer service is horrible. They handed food to you like throwing food at you, not even a thank you they slammed the door at your face. Please avoid this place at all costs!
