  It is a shame when you go to. McDonald's try to order your food and you are encountered with someone who does not understand what you're talking about. And then you when you request a manager, she's the most rudest person in the world. And refuse to give you her name and she also does not want us to give the store manager name as well. I don't think this is McDonald's standards. And then when I asked the guy, who is giving out the food. He was the other one that refused to open the window. I will show you the video.

  Yo era clients de este Mac Donal todos los domingo y miércoles pero el día de hoy tanto 2 empleados como la manager son unos arrogantes el café me salio con borraja de café y pedi que me lo cambiaran y me ignoro y después les volví ha decir y la manager de turno 8:30 am en este momento me dijo que no era su problema y lo tire ha la basura y me dijeron que no me lo darian pero una señora mayor que dentro pregunto que pasaba le explique y ella me dio no es lo que cuesta si no la atención que le dan al cliente uno va con su dinero no ha pedir

  Me and my friend walked into McDonald's and ordered on the kiosk. Once we went up to the register to pay the manager asked my friend if were ok with them changing it to to go because students arent allowed to sit inside, so when my friend said ok the manager mugged at me then walked off and disregarded our order. After continuing to stand for 5 minutes at the register, a worker finally came up rudely saying they cant service us unless we order to go, and so we told them we agreed earlier but they walked off ignoring us. As i handed her the money she snatched it out my hand completely missing the change then got mad when she didnt find it, so i try to give it to her and she snatches it out of my hand. Once we get our food they ignored me as i stood trying to get pancake syrup for at least a good 10 minutes. All this and I still remained respectful saying please and thank you while also a bit offended. This business seems to be ran by hispanics and as 2 black girls we felt discriminated after they said nothing to the other 2 hispanic boys sitting down.
