  Be careful using their kiosk machine. This kiosk machine take codes, but removes the orders from bags when checking out.

  I placed a mobile order for lunch at 3:55am. Because that’s when I got off work. I did not know that breakfast started at 4am. Neither did the app tell me. Usually when you try to order breakfast and it’s too close to lunch time the app will tell you it’s too late to order breakfast. The app let me place my order. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, 2 drinks and a McFlurry. I get to the drive through box, give them my order. No problem: I get to the first window and the guy tells me “it’s not lunch anymore it’s breakfast so you can’t get your burger and fries. And also we turn off the ice cream machine at 1am. And we don’t turn it back on til 6am. I’m sitting there in disbelief because I’m tired and hungry and just want to go to bed. So he tells me “you have to cancel your order and then they’ll refund you because I can’t pull up your order bc it’s breakfast now” so I go to cancel it and to my surprise, it doesn’t work. Every time I try to cancel it says “your order is already started being prepared. You cannot cancel”. Because I ordered it at 3:55am which would’ve given them enough time to make my burger and fries before breakfast. Which they must’ve just not made it and called it breakfast before hand. He told me previously that if you order it a few minutes before breakfast you have to be here before breakfast to get it. How was I going to get there in 5 minutes? And what do you guys throw it out at 4:00am on the dot? So I ask him if I can just get my drinks and just get a replacement for the food items since THE APP WONT LET ME CANCEL MY ORDER TO GET A REFUND. He tells me to pull to the second window to get my items. Ok I’m thinking. I’ll just get replacements. But NO. He made me pull to the second window just to get my 2 soft drinks. I paid for a sandwich fries and dessert and 2 soft drinks and he was just going to give me drinks. So I said no I want a replacement for the food. I paid for my order and I can’t cancel my order to get a refund so I’m leaving this drive through with food. He calls who I assume to be the manager over and they’re arguing saying “she wants this!” The manager says “no more late orders! If an order is late don’t serve them. That’s it. I don’t want to deal with this again!” MIND YOU, I DID NOTHING WRONG. THE APP ALLOWED ME TO ORDER LUNCH 5 MINUTES BEFORE BREAKFAST AND WHEN I ARRIVED IT WOULDNT LET ME CANCEL TO GET MY REFUND. So he comes back and says you can only get a chicken biscuit or a sausage egg mcmuffin. Absolutely starved after this whole debacle, I agree even though I asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel and he refused and basically said get something cheaper. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE?? So they give me a sausage egg mcmuffin, a hasbrown, and a frappe to replace my McFlurry. I know this is McDonald but jeez I’ve never experienced anything like this. Absolutely horrifying customer service. Blaming me and trying to punish me when the app malfunctioned.
