  Just another McDonald's service is ok and so is the food. Always get a receipt here they always ask what you ordered and sometimes give you the wrong order.

  How long does it take for 2 hash browns, 1 orange juice, and a coffee? Apparently 16 minutes. Arrived at 9am and still waiting. Mind you this is an online order that was ordered ahead of time before my arrival.

  Service was horrible they got my order wrong and were very dismissive when I returned it then still proceeded to give me cold food and they refused to give me the store number to file a complaint

  I heard some bad things about this location. We were on a time crunch and my kids wanted McDonald's. I figured it couldn't be that bad. I was so wrong. From the moment we walked in I watched my kids smiles and energy fade. And by time we left there were totally not happy. Energy completely sucked right out of them. First off it seemed everything that they wanted to digest was out. Big buck items were available of course. Purchased my boys adult meals. Cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if I could buy whatever kids meal toy was available. Basic answer we don't have anything. I do not want to lay claim to the preparing process but I do believe for three meals with three customers It should not take 19 minutes. When we got the meals the fries were so hard my kids were so surprised. They were ready for gold and fries and they got bricks. One of my boys asked if we could take it and he eat it later. Which means he's not going to touch it again. When I went to the counter before we left and asked for a manager. Anything and everything kept him from coming to the counter. So I decided the day was ruined enough and chose to just make an exit with a lesson learned. By all means if I choose an establishment get disappointed so be it. But when my boys who don't have the knowledge or how to deal with the disappointment.... That one stings. This visit was a bust.
