Might as well be a value menu item being so small and deceptive compared to the menu illustration. Clearly false advertisement! Whataburger runs circles around McDonald's... Been going to this one for YEARS now and every now and then they will mess up my food, which whatever that's normal for fast food to me. In the past when I take the food back they would replace it and be apologetic, but they recently hired this new guy who always has an attitude every time I used to go to this one. Last time they messed up my order by skipping over it entirely, he was rolling his eyes and acting like I was bothering him. Then when part of that order was wrong he practically threw my order at me to get me to leave. Just nasty attitude and service. Do what everyone else does and complain after the customer leaves, not treat them like trash. Never coming back to this one again. Gonna go out of my way for one of the better McDonald's in the area.
- XXXaeDec 24, 20251.0Drive through incredibly slow but that’s nothing compared to this. How do you see a completely plain burger, and put everything on it anyway? I’m allergic to tomato, and onions. Now I just waited 30 minutes in a drive thru to have to throw away the whole sandwich. It was ordered under the name Xae. If anyone sees this please just refund me if possible. My night was ruined and I could’ve had an allergic reaction. Not okay. Won’t be back to this location because I can’t risk having an allergic reaction all the time.
