When is the frappe machine working? Seems like never. Must be there for looks. And then they refused to give me my money back the same day I have to wait for 2 -3 days to get my refund in the card know I don’t have money to buy me my coffee

This is the second time go through the drive thru at this location. The first time I ask for all to be cooked fresh. I was sent to curb side pick up waited 20 minutes only to get home and everything was dry and cold. Do today in the drive thru thinking it’s 11:30 everything should be hot and fresh. First the person taking my order didn’t complete my request only to send me to 1rst window to make changes to what he ordered me. Again sent to wait in picked up area to wait again. What I got home with about 5 minutes away was a cold dry burger semi hot fries and and a warm shake. So very disappointed and I miss the money I should have just thrown in the trash with my lunch

Extremely disrespectful, my wife ordered several items from the online menu that specifically showed the monopoly pieces that come with, but the lady (Anna) refused to give us our monopoly pieces, cutting us off several times saying "I dont care, cant give you the pieces because it doesnt come with it." When we pulled up the order on their app and showed that, that specific item came with the monopoly piece, she still repeated "I dont care I cant give it to you" no respect no curtousey or even an explanation. We demanded a refund and left. This was our first time returning to this location after 5 months when we encountered rude customer service from this same location. Customer service and retraining is highly recommended! Especially for (Ana)
