  ent through the drive thru at 3:40 and they said it was closed. Aren’t they supposed to be 24 hr??

  This restaurant is already slow in the day time and now even slower at night, how when there are less people. How come they hire people like this... Slow foood not fast food. Over the years this place has fallen apart.

  Pésimo servicio de la señora maria me trató muy mal se enoja porque le dije que no me pusiera las salsas encima de las papas, porque estaba en el celular, y comiendo y no se limpió las manos, ni se fue a lavar y así agarró las salsas y nada más me las aventó, en la comida, muy amablemente le dije por favor no me ponga las salsas encima de las papas que eso es algo antihigiénico a lo que me respondió muy groseramente, y si las pongo ahí que? Me lo dijo de una manera muy grosera, estaba enojada con alguien más y conmigo se desquitó, señora amargada me trató súper mal, empezó a gritarme enfrente de todos, en este McDonald’s solo personal grosero tienen, no les recomiendo que valla a este lugar aparte de eso siempre te dan la orden bien mal

  Had to wait 20 mins inside for a Large coke order not sure why it takes that long for just a soda. I always come through drive thru but thought inside would be faster, i was wrong. The people at the second drive through window never say thank you ever i know working for mc donald’s is hard to stay positive i used to work at mc donald’s i know it sucks but when did they stop getting on you guys to have good customer service. you think it doesn’t matter but i never leave reviews i always thought it was corny but it starts to have an affect when you have a place that doesn’t even have simple manners. I will get names next time i don’t know if they still care about reviews but i remember at my store they did and they would get on us if we had a negative review that was like 6+ years ago but yknow sometimes it helps you can’t get too comfortable and forget you work in a customer service industry.

  Placed my order. Woman changed my order without telling me and didn't give me a total before pulling around. The man at the window gave me a total with no other details and I didn't receive a receipt. Get gk the window given wrong food. Try to tell employee and dismissed. Go back through line and ask for money back and returned the bag given. The store manager or she says she was comes up and demands the drink we "got" excr Except they didn't give us one. Then tried to place blame on us for receiving the wrong thing. Like drilling with questions. Did they ask you if your order was correct? No she never even read it back. Tried to call and speak to a manager and was hung up on. When given refund they expected me to leave my card with them and pull around so yes the line was delayed-- but because your employees are abusing your customers and the blaming them for their mistakes. Do better.
