  Came in for a quick coffee and big boy they have worming the register with glasses literally told me to hold on since he was so busy on his phone smh ... this happened about 4:50 pm on 1/11 if upper management would like to confirm footage since you guys have cameras ... should really get rid of useless staff like that

  During lunchtime and they weren't even busy, sending everybody in the drive thru to park and wait. All I ordered was a black coffee, a SINGULAR MEDIUM BLACK COFFEE and they immediately send me to wait as well. How the heck are you not able to handle the simplest of orders in a timely manner?

  Why why the buns hard hard crunchy come on let them kid's work in there messy up every thing I was hungry too and the chocolate shake had too much chocolate in it around 5 pm that shift need a refund

  They were overwhelm in the rush hour around 10 am, some tables were dirty, I was patient waiting for my food, restaurant looks it has been remodel, looks nice, food was the same as another McDonald's

  I only come to this location because its the closest. Bad service, the manager always has an attitude and is rude to her employees and customers. Some employees must be either dumb or not trained properly. They can't even get a simple coffee correct. You would think when you tell them how much cream and sugar you want they would put it in your coffee. Nope, I got a black coffee. They mess up orders almost all of the time. I always have to check the bags to make sure they put everything in and they still get upset when you call them out on it. Terrible service
