  First time I’d eaten in a McDonald’s in close to 10 years and the serve is still horrible but the Fish sandwich and fries were good. I went inside because the drive thru was swamped.

  Ordered food from the counter. The worker asked me my order twice to assure it was right. I payed for food and noticed my receipt didn't dictate my fish sandwich was a double. I asked the worker if she made a mistake she stated no it's a double filet. Upon getting order and checking for assurance. It was two fish sandwiches. I told the worker it was wrong. She said you wanted double fish sandwichs. I said correct. She said two more dollars. I decided I wasn't hungry anymore. Give my money back. They couldn't be trusted to do refix my food. I asked for a refund. This location always has problems with my orders. Will not return to this location.

  It was horrible! Spent 20 minutes waiting for my order that I ordered from home, and still had to go inside. An on top of that, it was still wrong.

  The day shift is nice and speedy but night shift is slower and a bunch of teenagers and they aren't actually open 24 hours, around 2-5 am they say the machines aren't working so they can't take codes and only take cash or they just say they can't take any orders at all. The cashiers at drive thru are always nice during the day but they dont all speak English and usually the iced coffee is more just a cup of milk

  The manager deliberately hid her identity, swore at me, and told her staff not to give out her name so I couldn’t file a complaint. She covered the name on her jacket with her hand, took the jacket off, and turned her back to me while cussing at a customer. It took four employees just to locate my mobile order. When I opened the bag, my food was smashed and falling out of the wrapper as if it had been intentionally tampered with. Tampering with someone’s food is a serious offense, and refusing a refund after this is theft. This behavior is hostile, evasive, and completely unacceptable from someone in a managerial position.
