I waited over 30 minutes in curbside pick up while it was confirmed in the app. I had to come inside the location to be stared at like a deer looking at headlights. Just to be told I never confirmed my order and they didn’t have it. They didn’t try to look for it , other than speaking to each other and giving me a side eye like I was a problem. The girl who had on the red shirt tonight exposed herself when her manager asked about the order , most likely gave it away or kept it. Even after that they was still denying the order was never made. After 1 hour finally they decided they had to put in the order again, while the short boy with the yellow shirt kept giving me a side eye for no reason. They ended up missing a drink and did not give me 2 cup holders instead stacked it up on one along with 2 bags. While seeing my hand is currently injured. Instead of walking away and ignoring me thinking i was going to walk away with losing almost $40, yall should admit yall was wrong and fix yall face and eyes. The young workers just want to get an reaction from me thinking they stares made me scared. Do better training for these kids they need help.
