I ordered a shake and for some reason the young man was going to wipe something up off the floor and he set my shake on the floor and got ready to hand it to me. SMH 😭. It starts at home. That's all I can say. This did happen some time ago but I never reported it but I would never eat at this McDonald's and I have not eaten at this McDonald's since then. You can roll the dice if you want to but that just more than solidifies my choice to not eat out as much as I used to before...

The employees (including the bald headed wanna be manager) forgot to add a bunch of items in our order due to the fact that they have a loud ass speaker and are singing. Completely unprofessional. Fries and and Happy Meal eve though they did add an extra small drink. You think that’d ring a bell. Avoid this place at all costs.

The workers lack customer service skills and are rude and disrespectful. Just now, my husband went through the drive thru and the new guy working the first window had such an ugly attitude. The guy made a mistake on the order and my husband tried to clarify but the worker rolled his eyes and couldn’t seem to get the order correct… mistakes are common but the attitude is what gets me. These workers need some new training, because we love this location and would like to continue going.
