- LJLigi JimenezFeb 10, 20261.0I don’t recommend going to this location. Unfortunately, they have messed up my order multiple times, and this last experience was very disappointing. My order was incorrect, and when I requested a refund or replacement, they refused to help unless I returned the food they gave me by mistake. I explained that I could send pictures and videos of the order in the trash, provide a photo of the receipt, and even be on a video call while a friend picked up the correct order for me, but they insisted that I had to be there in person with the food and receipt. I recently hurt my leg, and it is painful for me to get in and out of the car or drive. In addition, I cannot eat the spicy food they gave me because of a surgery I had. The person who said he was the manager was not apologetic and simply told me there was nothing he could do unless I brought everything back myself. The interaction felt dismissive and not accommodating to my situation. This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this location. I usually let it go, but this time the lack of care and professionalism was too much. Now I have to go to bed hungry when I’m already sick and in pain, which made the experience even more frustrating. I understand that one customer may not make a difference to the business, but choosing not to return will give me peace of mind. I hope they provide better training and customer service in the future.
