Food was cold. I live 3 mins away not even a full 3 minutes. My fries were brown and refried multiple times, I also ordered a triple cheeseburger & I got one meat 🤧

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really needs to be addressed. When people go to a fast-food restaurant, it’s because they need something quick and fresh, not old food that feels like it’s being sold just to move customers through the line.
No one wants to spend their hard-earned money on food that’s clearly been sitting for hours. The breakfast burritos were disappointing the tortilla wraps were extremely hard, the eggs tasted old and were sticking to the paper, and the sausage bites were tough. The cheese looked like it had been melted long before I even arrived at the drive-thru.
I’ve heard the saying, “If you don’t like it, you should’ve cooked at home,” but that’s not how this works. Fast food exists because people rely on it. If everyone cooked at home, these businesses wouldn’t exist and employees wouldn’t have jobs. There has to be some level of pride in serving fresh, edible food.
At some point, this has to stop. Customers deserve better than old food being pushed out just to clear the drive-thru. I really hope this location improves its food quality and holds itself to higher standards.

This location is extremely unorganized. Employees were walking around confused with orders piling up on the board. DoorDash orders coming in, kiosk customers waiting, and no one seemed able to manage the flow or work under pressure. On top of that, staff had hair swinging freely while handling food. The whole environment felt chaotic, unsanitary, and poorly managed. Very disappointing.

I came to this McDonald’s last night with my daughter just to get some fries, and what I witnessed was very disturbing. There were employees working with very long hair completely uncovered no hairnets, no gloves, nothing. Not a single person appeared to be following basic food safety or sanitation standards.
This is a serious health and safety concern. Hair was hanging freely while food was being prepared and handled. That is unsanitary and unacceptable anywhere and especially in a restaurant serving the public.
Just because a location is in a certain neighborhood does not mean standards should be lowered. Food safety rules exist for a reason. People should not have to worry about hair ending up in their food.
What made this worse is that a manager walked out from the back as if this was normal. It shouldn’t be. This needs immediate attention. If the staff cannot follow basic hygiene requirements, something needs to be done to correct it period.
This location needs serious management oversight and retraining on food safety protocols.
