  Fue una experiencia muy desagradable , tienen un personal muy grosero , la mujer que me atendió fue demasiado descortés y grosera , ni siquiera se tomó el tiempo de ofrecerme alguno de sus especiales y lo peor que son las personas que están de encarditas según las escogen como maneger que lastima que sea lo mejor que tienen . Esas personas no tienen idea el compromiso que implica traer una camisa diferente de los demás , espero no volver a visitar esa tienda , porque de muy mal gusto ( por favor explíquenle a la señora encargada que sus problemas los tiene que dejar en su casa no llegar amargada al trabajo y desquitarse con los clientes , porque el cliente siempre será el que le haga su cheque )

  Extremely disrespectful. If you want unprofessional service, this is the place. Today, March 5th, at 8pm I tried ordering through the drive- thru. After much back and forth, the young female taking my happy meal order was unable to follow simple 2-step directions for separate happy meals. On top of all the back and forth, I still got my order wrong. I could see if I was ordering a difficult order but it was a simple lettuce and ketchup only kids meal burger. I don't even care if they charge more for the lettuce. She was rude and disrespectful. I understand the area isn't that great of a place, but at least you can take pride in your job especially since no one else chose that job for you. It isn't the customers fault that you are unable to follow simple step directions.

  ‼️‼️‼️ESCUPEN LA COMIDA‼️‼️‼️‼️Basura. Sus trabajadores tratan mal a todos, en especial si eres driver y estas llevando un pedido. Te miran mal, te hablan mal, te dan la espalda, no te dan los pedidos completos, siempre falta algo. Y encima de eso me parece que ESCUPEN LA COMIDA El que quiera el video completo me lo pide y se lo envío para que vean quienes son las personas que trabajan ahí

  Im the owner of a store in Houston and I need to do this review because I can't imagine my employees treating people like I was treated today I came here almost every day to get some breakfast here a couple of times they give me the incomplete food and I just leave it like that today I told one of the employees in the window that my order was incomplete the day before so they call the lady in there supposedly she is the manager she was rude telling me that if they forgot something is my fault because alot of us customers don't check she didn't let me.speak she keeps.saying it's not their fault im just really surprise how can she be a manager? The manager should be trained to handle this type of situation i understand customer service is not easy I also have a business and is all.about customer.service that's why I know as an owner I would be worry tnks

  Worst attitude manager and front employee are ride and literally laugh in your face. Was work gave me the food she literally throws it towards me almost dropping it on the floor. Also charging .79 for one bbq when i usually pay .25 get better workers McDonalds with customer service attitude.
