So when we called the restaurant to let them know about it they reacted with an attitude “I just took your order, all I did was put it in & you should’ve asked for it” but if she already put it on the receipt why should we have to ask for jelly? I’m confused

The food is always cold and takes FOREVER to come out, the staff here is rude and needs retraining. Last time I came here, they handed me a ripped bag and a half full “basket” of fries. When I went back around to ask them to give me another bag I had to verbally ask the guy to put the food in the bag because he literally just handed me a bag looking all disgusted. 🤦🏻♀️ every time I come here I try to give it another chance but it’s always the same. I’ll make the drive and go to the one farther down westheimer in the future 😮💨
