- YLYottis LeDoux4 days ago1.0I come to this McDonald’s every morning, I order the same exact thing. I even notice sometimes my order isn’t fulfilled the same by order workers. Some of the workers know exactly who I am when I come through the drive thru but for some reason and I’m not sure if they made any changes to their staff or if there were any recent shift changes or what’s going on but lately my experience has been the worst. The manager or supervisor (not sure of her title) MARIA is very unprofessional, made no efforts to fix their mistakes. Instead she makes excuses and instead of making accommodations I now have to wait in the drive thru and wait longer for an order that should’ve been ready after payment was taken. Not to mention, even when they bring the late order out and after additional money was paid (for their mistake, not actively listening), it is still incorrect on the 3rd attempt. It’s like no one at this location listens or has any type of integrity. This is concerning and very disappointing as I come here every morning before work. I am disgusted that I spent my hard earned coins at this place and the customers aren’t considered, service is very inconsistent

The cashier, seeing my annoyed face, asked what was wrong. I replied, "What do you mean, what happened? I've been waiting for 40 minutes! They made a mistake and gave my order to someone else. They said they were going to bring it to me, but another 10 minutes passed and still nothing. The manager didn't try to hurry and deliver my order; she even made me feel guilty. After an hour, I finally received my order—the food was cold and the frappes were melted.
