I then said I didn’t mind paying for the sauce, and the manager still refused and said “no” because “it’s already on the sandwich.” The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no attempt to accommodate a paying customer or even explain the policy respectfully. At that point, the interaction ruined my experience so badly that I didn’t even want the food anymore. Management seriously needs better listening skills and customer service training. I won’t be returning.

I was starving and had other nearby options closer to me but I decided to drive 17 minutes just to check this place out. As soon as I got there, everything was nice but I forgot to ask for ketchup so when I asked another lady for ketchup in advance because I hadn’t gotten my order. The employee “ Sandra” told me to wait for it because she hadn’t given me my order in the most irritated voice. If you don’t like giving customer service then why work at a food place? Go back home instead, with such big eyes It scares people away. I see that’s the type of employees they like to keep. Horrible experience. Attitude just for ketchup. Suck it up.
