  I placed a mobile order through the app for counter pickup. I ordered the $6.00 Daily Double. It's not like I ordered something that is a limited time only item. Anyway, my order was confirmed and then almost immediately after the confirmation my order was canceled. My order was canceled because the $6.00 Daily Double was unavailable at this location. I was issued a refund that could take up to five (5) business days. Having to go to a different location and having to wait (possibly) five business days for a refund is a little inconvenient sometimes.

  Just had a terrible experience there. Got my food in the drive through and didn’t realize they forgot my nuggets until i got all the way home. I wasn’t super upset just a little inconvenienced so i drove back and asked for my nuggets. i was hoping they could give me some more fries since the ones i bought had already got cold and the girl at the first window says, “this is my second time having to deal with customers like this” to her friend but making sure it was loud enough for me to hear it. HUHH?!?! “Customers like this” is crazy when there wouldn’t have been an issue if they didn’t forget our food. I started getting heated but my girlfriend drove away. Talking crazy like that is wild when you look like phineas off phineas and ferb. Someone fire that girl she doesn’t need to be working in the customer service industry. Don’t come here this is how they treat their customers.

  This is my favorite McDonald's such hard working people and the manager and workers are amazing. They have friendly service. I know working in fast food can be stressful but these ladies in the morning are always cheerful.
