  This location leaves a lot to be desired. On Monday, February 9th around 9:30 to 10 PM, we went through the left drive thru and did not get a response for about five minutes, even though we could hear the employee talking behind the microphone while I said hello multiple times. When she finally answered, her tone was rude and stayed that way while I ordered. When I got to the window, the employees there were nice and the food is always good. However, this is not the first time items from my order have been forgotten. Today it was my ice cream cone, and in the past it has been chicken nuggets, drinks, etc. This time I had to knock on the window for someone to come out and give me what I ordered. Other times I have not noticed until later. I really enjoy the food, but the service and order accuracy definitely need improvement.

  Every single time i order from them the mess up my order they send nuggets with no sauce and I pay for extra sauce…the food is never fresh my kids got sick this last time they need to be shut down I get half of what I ordered.. it’s very frustrating to order food and not get what you paid for all my kid wanted was cookies and fries and guess what no cookies in the bag and fries cold and old they need to fire everyone there abd hits ppl who treat your order like it’s for their family

  I would like to leave a review for the security officer at this McDonald’s location. I come here with my family almost every day after school, and there are often issues with students coming from across the street. The security officer here does an excellent job keeping things under control. Whenever there is a situation, he handles it firmly, professionally, and quickly restores peace in the lobby so families can enjoy their meals. His presence truly makes a difference, and I appreciate the sense of safety he provides. I think he name is Officer Albridge and he deserves recognition for the great work he does.

  Every time I go to this store there’s always something wrong. At first I didn’t really mind it but now it’s getting out of hand and the lady handing the food on drive thru has an attitude. I always show up being friendly but my food lately has been either missing items or it’s made wrong. Always happens in the morning. That Hispanic lady needs to fix her attitude.
