  I would like to leave a review for the security officer at this McDonald’s location. I come here with my family almost every day after school, and there are often issues with students coming from across the street. The security officer here does an excellent job keeping things under control. Whenever there is a situation, he handles it firmly, professionally, and quickly restores peace in the lobby so families can enjoy their meals. His presence truly makes a difference, and I appreciate the sense of safety he provides. I think he name is Officer Albridge and he deserves recognition for the great work he does.

  Every time I go to this store there’s always something wrong. At first I didn’t really mind it but now it’s getting out of hand and the lady handing the food on drive thru has an attitude. I always show up being friendly but my food lately has been either missing items or it’s made wrong. Always happens in the morning. That Hispanic lady needs to fix her attitude.

  The black lady and Desire at the drive thru needs to switch jobs , always in a bad mood and today she was cursing at me !!! Last time I come to this McDonalds and I’ll make sure to let every one I know not come at this location

  Have a talk with the officer you have on duty. He seems to enjoy forcing students to wait outside despite showing mobile orders and the previous policy of maximum 5 students allowed at any given time, has been reduced to 1. He is so evidently having a power trip against the only people he can. His tone and demeanor do not belong in any establishment in the service industry, especially towards students.

  Im going to be honest. This is the first time EVER I go trough some rude stuff. First of all we love coming here but workers are definitely not the best. I go into the drive thru, wait 10 mins no one answers or gets our order. Yet the other person besides us DOES. Not just them 3 other cars too.🙄 Workers don’t even listen up, they don’t care at all. When we where going to get our food we had to wait 10-15 mins to get our food , mind you there was not alot of cars or people. When we finally get our food we say thank you before we leave we check our stuff! So another lady comes and tells us “can you leave my line” first of all we’re making sure we have everything, why because it’s not the first time we leave without some items. Worker did not have to be so rude. Anywho , Yall need to get some new employees, I work in a restaurant too and I’m not rude , I pay attention to my clients.
