    Worst McDonald's! Iced coffee was made poorly! Service was horrible the girl at drive thru passed the young man our iced coffee and was wiping her nose at the exact same time! Checking your camera footage for proof! Order placed at 8:51am 12/20/2025. Received order about 9:00am.

    I don't like leaving negative reviews, but the service rec'd today was not good. Went thru the drive thru lane, ordered one meal (no drink), went to the first window to pay, no one was there, waited, saw that the truck in front of me, their condiments (ketchup I think) was thrown at them. Then I just proceeded to go to the next window. The lady tried handing me a drink and I told her it wasn't mines. Asked what I ordered and then asked "why didn't you pay at the other window?" I said "no one was there". She exclaims, "yes she was!" took my card, came back and practically didn't say anything else. I was so disgusted that I didn't even look at her and just took the food and went home. I decided not to eat it because I was just not satisfied. Please take a look at your cameras if you want to confirm the actions mentioned here today.
