- RRRaeNov 13, 20251.0I don't like leaving negative reviews, but the service rec'd today was not good. Went thru the drive thru lane, ordered one meal (no drink), went to the first window to pay, no one was there, waited, saw that the truck in front of me, their condiments (ketchup I think) was thrown at them. Then I just proceeded to go to the next window. The lady tried handing me a drink and I told her it wasn't mines. Asked what I ordered and then asked "why didn't you pay at the other window?" I said "no one was there". She exclaims, "yes she was!" took my card, came back and practically didn't say anything else. I was so disgusted that I didn't even look at her and just took the food and went home. I decided not to eat it because I was just not satisfied. Please take a look at your cameras if you want to confirm the actions mentioned here today.

This location is closet to my home and I chose to drive out of my way to other locations anytime I have the opportunity to. Not friendly never hot fries usually under seasoned, nuggets were old and dry my last visit, often a ridulous wait time even when order online.

Gotta give a shout out to (Alejandro) such a sweet guy makeing sure me and my brother weren't missing anything from our order and super fast! 🤗🤝
