  I want to extend a sincere thank-you to Sara, Jorge, and Manager DiAnei. I usually visit the Woodlands location because it’s closer to home, but after tonight, I’ll gladly make the drive just to receive the level of service and hospitality your team provided. The atmosphere was absolutely top-notch—warm, welcoming, and truly unmatched. What an outstanding crew! Thank you for delivering an experience that exceeded every expectation.

  Best hospitality I've experienced in years at any establishment. The staff was very professional. The only thing I didn't like was the lobster smash potatoes. I have a preference when it comes to certain foods and this is one of them situations. I like my smash potatoes with TEXTURE and unfortunately, these potatoes were pureed to the point I felt I was eating baby food. The flavor was on point but the texture was not to my preference. Other than that, everything was amazing. Also, why do fancy restaurants like to puree everything? I went to another restaurant with similar experience -I'm just curious.

  I had the absolute best birthday dinner at Mastro’s. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless, we were seated right away at our table, and the atmosphere was perfect. The food was incredible, but what really made the night special was our server, Camillo. He was genuinely amazing. His cocktail suggestions and dish recommendations made the whole experience feel curated just for us. I left feeling so celebrated and taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back

  My boyfriend and I came to Mastro’s for our anniversary a week or two ago—our first time dining here—and it exceeded every expectation. We both work in hospitality, so when we finally get the rare night out, we seek places known for exceptional service, and Mastro’s delivered from the very first moment. There was a small hiccup when our reservation couldn’t be found (later we realized it was our own mistake—we had booked for the wrong day!), yet the host handled it with complete grace and seated us immediately at a beautiful table by the water. That level of professionalism set the tone for the night. Everyone who took care of us was excellent, but I want to give special recognition to Meg, one of the sommeliers, who genuinely elevated our experience. She approached the wine service with warmth, confidence, and deep knowledge of the list. Instead of making wine feel intimidating, she made it exciting. She asked thoughtful questions about our tastes and guided us to a bottle we absolutely loved—one we never would have chosen on our own. Throughout the evening, Meg checked in on us with the perfect balance of attentiveness and ease. We never felt like just another table in a busy dining room; she made us feel like she truly cared about making sure we got the full Mastro’s experience. Her passion for wine—and for creating memorable experiences—is undeniable. We left full, inspired, and already talking about our next visit. Mastro’s has gained two very loyal guests. Cheers to an incredible team—and to Meg, for making our anniversary feel unforgettable.

  The food was great, but the service was far below what I’d expect for a restaurant in this price range. It took over 30 minutes before we were even able to place our food order, and service stayed slow the entire night. My empty drink glass sat on the table through dinner and dessert without being offered another or cleared. The most disappointing part was how my daughter was completely ignored during service — she wasn’t served, and they didn’t even bring her a plate until I asked for one and waited for it to arrive. The atmosphere was also very loud, and the tables are packed so closely together that it’s hard to move around the tables and you could speak to neighbouring tables as well as those at your own table. The food itself was very good overall (except for the lobster sushi roll, which was pretty bland and their $5 bread basket that contained bread so hard I could not even bite into it), but the poor service and crowded setting really took away from what could have been a great dining experience.
