While I was waiting another customer came in to dine in. The waitress provided him with a menu and escorted him to his seat. Meanwhile I've been waiting to order, was never given a menu, which were there under the front podium. I stopped in here for lunch while at work. Not only was it inconsiderate, but yall wasted my time, now I gotta go take more time to go elsewhere.

When I brought it up, the manager said it was a “simple mistake.” I disagree — mistakes happen, but lying or twisting the truth is not a mistake. No customer should ever be rushed out or misled just to cover up a server’s wrongdoing. Honesty matters, especially when it involves someone’s money. I won’t be returning and will be informing friends and family of this experience. Dining in has consistently had issues here. While ordering out and catering packages were usually reliable, I’ll now be searching for another business that offers quality catering with integrity.
